1:25 pm	Finding Health Insurance Provider Nearly 700,000 teachers and other state employees, their dependents and retirees will health insurance providershave to decide by fall whether to switch insurance companies after the state Department of Community Health announced Thursday it was reducing the number of insurers from three to two. Currently, members have the option of enrolling with BlueCross BlueShield, Kaiser or United Healthcare, said Community Health spokeswoman Lisa Marie Shekell. This fall, members, including legislators, will have to decide between United Healthcare and CIGNA.692,759 total, are enrolled with United Healthcare. The state did not break out membership for the other two plans. She said all state employees currently enrolled with United Healthcare can remain with the provider or make a switch but will still have many options. Open enrollment extends from Oct. 10 to Nov. 10. Current Kaiser enrollees can stay in Kaiser for one additional year if they so choose, she said, or can go with CIGNA or United Healthcare. The state said it had completed a competitive procurement process for the contracts. New health plan contracts will be effective Jan. 1, 2009. "The health insurance providers is what is changing," Shekell said. "CIGNA and United Healthcare had to meet certain criterion the State Health Benefit Plan was looking for." She said 97 percent of car insurance owners and members will be able to go to the same doctors under United Healthcare or CIGNA plans. "Innovation in health care ensures new choices and opportunities to improve the health and well-being of our members," Dr. Rhonda Medows, commissioner of DCH, said in a prepared statement. "Both CIGNA and United Healthcare demonstrated established, comprehensive, statewide provider access for our 700,000 members as well as offering our members access to innovative wellness programs and leading-edge disease state management programs." Nancy Goldstein, director of the State Health Benefit Plan, said in a statement that state officials are "confident that this plan to transform SHBP will deliver enhanced choice and services while keeping Health Insurance Providers our members." 11:29 am	New iPhone 4G SuperPhone By now you are probably used to see Apple-related leaks coming from China or somewhere but this time around it looks like it's near Portugal giving us latest videos of the new apple iPhone 4 , 4G , HD. One would think that with the gadget coming in less than a month, the elusive lost/stolen iPhone will not continue to pop up all over the Internets, but we're still seeing parts of the hot next-gen iPhone 4G shown on video. iPhone 4 4g HD In ALL White We're not to entirely sure about how this iPhone parts have turned up but put Apple's hands in order to star in a quick video but, based on what we've seen before, it looks like they're the real deal. The story here is that someone purchased these iPhone parts all the way from the Middle East and then now delivered them to the new authors of the videos. It looks like these iPhone parts were not indeed stolen or lost and, but as real as they might look to us, after having seen the U.S. and Middle East iPhones in the past weeks, they could still be just Chinese knock-offs meant to generate some buzz off Apple's upcoming handset. The parts don't have any Apple markings on them that would prove they are genuine but they seem to be "more than perfect" with "no slight defects." But unfortunately the video showing you the middle frame of the iPhone is in Europe for now so it's been really difficult to understand what the girl is saying. But nevertheless you'll easily spot the small holes in the outer frame that will house the nano volume dedicated controls, the silent button, the 3.5mm HD headset jack, the on/off button, the front-facing camera and the lateral micro-SIM slot. The two frames look fairly similar so it's probably safe to assume they have fallen off the same truck hope they had car insurance or come from the same cheap Chinese knock-offs manufacturers. Following the un-official announcement of the iPhone 4 / 4G / HD we'll probably see the device get dismantled as soon as Apple and AT&T start selling it in stores and only then we'll be able to confirm whether these parts here are genuine or not.
